P. Seligman &#8211;\u00a0fondatorul curentului de gandire care sustine teoriile psihologiei pozitive, \u00een cartea sa \u201eLearned Optimism&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 ce a f\u0103cut o serie de experimente pe animale, M. Seligman a constatat\u00a0 c\u0103 exist\u0103 o deprindere numita\u00a0<strong>\u201edeprinderea neputintei\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0sau<strong>\u00a0\u201eneputinta invatata\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; dac\u0103 o fiin\u021b\u0103 este fortat\u0103 sa indure stimuli durerosi sau neplacuti, devine incapabil\u0103\u00a0in viitor (sau nu mai dore\u0219te) s\u0103 evite stimuli duri, cu toate ca ar putea face acest lucru cu usurinta \u2013 datorita faptului ca\u00a0<strong>a invatat ca nu poate controla situatiile respective<\/strong>. Animalele supuse experimentului si care au invatat ca nu pot scapa socurilor la care au fost supuse, s-au resemnat, nemaincercand sa scape nici atunci cand li s-a oferit o cale de scapare \u2013 si au intrat in depresie clinica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eDeprinderea neputintei\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0si starea psihica specifica este o<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>stare proasta care se instaleaza cand copiii sau adul\u021bii genereaz\u0103 credin\u021be negative cu privire la<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>cauzele obstacolelor\u00a0pe care le intalnesc si lipsa puterii de a actiona asupra lor pentru a le indeparta.<\/p>\n<p>Seligman sustine faptul ca atat adultii cat si copiii pesimisti\u00a0<strong>pot antrena abilitatea opusa<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 OPTIMISMUL \u2013 pentru a fi mai sanatosi, mai fericiti si mai de succes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum?
